Good service and good prices.They delivered exactly what I wanted both quickly and efficiently. I think there 'new' chamois and towel grip is very good combing comfort and an extra amount of grip in comparison with just chamois grips. If I had a sample of that grip then I would of bought that much earlier. The other website hockey factory that I use is also good however there website does my head in and simplicity and the Channel Islands set up that barringtons has makes it nice and easy in comparison. The sale items are always good because of the large discounts

Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.
