Sent wrong goods - right shoe wrong colour and ignored my email. Stll waiting a response Poor I ordered black, they sent brown. I emailed and there was no response. Except they ask me to fill in a survey. I would rather have had the right goods.

Excellent after sales service.I've bought several boots from this web site and have always had prompt service, when wrong size was ordered it was easy to send back and when I had a problem with one boot after a wearing them (they split) they were exchanged with very little effort on my part - one phone call and it was sorted.Excellent a standard for others to strive to achieve.

Cool gear, excellent packaging and a superb service, I'd recomend every timeI am really pleased with the items I bought, excellent value for money. The shirt and tie were almost 50% reduced, the quality and care in packaging the items was a reflection of the designer make. ---Fast delivery and slow but good customer service.I ordered a jacket before the christmas season and it arrived promptly. However it was an uncomfortable fit and I decided to return it after christmas. The suggested time to wait for a refund is two weeks and after this time passed i still received no payment. I wrote an email asking about it and attempted to call multiple times. I could not get through. I finally tried contacting Gear-Zone 25 days later and got though. The staff was very nice and in no time at all she said i would have funds in my account within the next few days. My verdict: You can safely buy from this store because the delivery is quick and the customer service, although slow in my case is very good.
